TIPS FOR YOUR LIFE FROM A CERTIFIED LIFE COACH

How to journal effectively to finally manifest what you want

Hi, I’m Sheri and I’m so glad your here! We all have dreams, goals, and ambitions but why do they always seem just out of reach? It’s that familiar feeling of 1 step forward and 2 steps back. The truth is, hope and gratitude is just the beginning and it won’t get you there. What will is when you add intention, mindset and proper written manifesting! Just like a 6-pack isn’t achieved overnight, neither is manifesting. It takes time, practice, consistency and most importantly focus. We want to focus on how it how it will feel once you have the thing you want.

Here’s how we do that.

DAILY (“daily” is a must) morning journaling prompts:

1. PAGE #1: I AM APPRECIATING - take 5-10 minutes to list all that you are currently experiencing and appreciating.

For example...my breath, my strong body, the health of my loved ones, the warm sun on my face, the exciting job I booked, the birds singing, the yummy leftovers in my fridge, the music the breeze makes in the trees, the money in my bank account, my diffuser that makes my home smell so good, my connection with Source, the abundance I experience, my etc.

You can write full sentences beginning with, “I am appreciating” or just list your object of appreciation.

2. PAGE #2: I FEEL - take 1-2 mins to list all the feelings that come up while appreciating what you just wrote on page

#1. For example...connected, loved, respected, talented, resilient, abundant, smart, peaceful, excited, strong, etc.

3. PAGE #3: I AM / I HAVE - take 5-10 minutes to write what you want to be and what you want to have and create statements in the PRESENT as if you currently have/are those things.

Think big! Think internally (feelings/thoughts) and externally (things/actions).

Be descriptive. Be specific. For example...I am living in my dream house...then get specific...how many bedrooms, bathrooms, style of house, neighborhood, environment, community, landscaping, etc. and write about WHY you love having this house. Here’s another example,....I am excited to be financially free because I'm able to do (fill in the blank) with all my money.

For example...help my family, go out for dinner and treat my friends, take weekend romantic getaways, have a massage every week, easily pay my rent, etc.

Think about all of the parts of your life to create I am/I have statements about like family relationships, spirituality, finances, mental health, physical health, friend group, career, living arrangements, freedom, fun, material things, emotional wellbeing etc.

4. ASSIGN A FEELING - to each of your I AM / I HAVE statements. You can find connection from the I FEEL list you wrote (#2).

Now that you have some clarity and new awareness, what are you going to do about it?

Tag, you’re it!
